Hping-devel is the only mailing list currently available. You should subscribe to this mailing list if you are interested in the hping2 and hping3 development, if you want to suggest new features, to port hping to a new operating system and so on. It isn't an help mailing list, so, unless you have portability problems or other problems related to the hping source code, please read the hping documentation. Click here to subscribe.
