The Telecommunications Management System (TMS) is a fully integrated management system to efficiently manage, operate and control a network switch. The TMS-CDX is a scaled down version of the TMS-5.

The TMS-5 features have been designed to offer modular deployment. Telecommunications Management features, Switch Management features, Network features and Office features are in one integrated system. TMS-5 and TMS-CDX use the HP 9000 Series hardware platform.
