8500 Series ISDN Telephones

The 8500 Series ISDN Telephones include: ISDN-10, 8510, 8520 and 8528.

The 8500 Series sets are Lucent's flagship ISDN sets that couple high quality, and ease of use with enhanced features. Many new exciting things are available with these ISDN telephone sets.

Those sets equipped with data provide Application Processor Interface which opens the door to advanced Computer Telephony Integration (CTI). Applications like Lucent's Client Profile Software (Version 4.0) or the Microsoft™ TAPI Driver (SPI) which is under development, allows users to unlock the power of the ISDN Station Sets. These applications provide a link between data and easy-to-use telephony service.

Common Attributes

• Built-in memory for telephone numbers or access to features provided by the switch, i.e., call forwarding
• Eight different ringing patterns to easily distinguish one unique telephone ring, when it is ringing near other phones
• Adjunct jack for connection to headset adapter, external speakerphone or other devices
• Built in terminating resistor (which reduces the need for extra equipment)
• Symmetrical (K-type) handset for user comfort
• Rubber dome buttons with plastic caps
• Available in black or white textured finish
