Introduction

Confidence Remains High was an extremely high quality hacking 'zine put out in the late-1990s.

In their own words, "CRH was aimed soley at those who had read 1980's BBS text files until they were blue in the face and couldn't stand another 'UNIX for beginners' file..."

It was home to "The CodeZero," who were best known for releasing a number of now famous UNIX exploits and The [C]odeZero [R]emote [A]ttack [K]it (CRAK.tar), a Linux toolkit for exploiting vulnerable PHP-based websites.

The 'zine had a style similar to ~el8.

The original editor was "Tetsu Khan" with many technical articles writen by the infamous Chris McNab ("so1o") who later became the 'zine's editor.

Several of the original 'zine issues where sent out as ZIP files with additional included files.  Those files often went missing when people just copied the main TXT file.

The original ZIP files to several issues were obtained and the missing files are presented here.
