Winter:  The Equifax Breach.  We see a dark and dingy data center with Equifax signs throughout.

Green words with a miasma effect are leaking out of the server rack and onto the floor, which itself has a massive fissure.

There is a closed vault door all the way at the end of the corridor.  This, of course, was a reference to the massive Equifax leak of 2017, where the private data of over 140 million Americans was potentially compromised, data that was held without the permission, and oftentimes knowledge, of consumers.

The text comes from a word cloud, generated with text from the FCRA Liability Harmonization Act, a piece of legislation that was put forth by Republican House members to actually roll-back regulations on the nation's credit bureaus and reduce the penalties when they harmed consumers.

The word cloud is reproduced to the right.
