Summer:  The Finger.  A man in a hoodie who is wearing an FCC ring is giving us the finger - an image which is doubly censored.

The middle finger is mosaicked out and there's also a red circle with a slash through the image.

There is a resistor symbol on his hoodie (a reference to the resistance movement currently spreading throughout the country) and the image has the hashtag "#winning" along the bottom, a sarcastic allusion to the accomplishments so far of the new administration.

The cover image as a whole could either be a "F*ck the FCC" message or a "F*ck You" from the (((Federal Communications Commission))).

This issue came out as Trump's FCC was intending to soon abolish long established net neutrality protections in the United States, to the consternation of many.

Note that (((Internet providers))) ROUTINELY censor traffic, and entire websites, REGRARDLESS of any "net neutrality protections."
