  Okay lets say you have a number on the at&t network (any number that
  at&t run/owns) you can't diver using 10-10-288. Thus at&t can get you
  ani. Why not OP divert with your local Operator? Alot of people say it 
 can't be done or it's really hard with they way i'm going to tell you about
 will work no questions asked.
