 Okay say your walking down the street and you wanna call someone and there's no bell payfones
 so you can't red box and there's no way in hell you should pay 50 cents for a fone call. (here
 in ameritech land it's still 25 cents). Why not 0wn the Cocot for a free call....  

  Okay before I begin I must tell you i'm not sure if this works on all Cocot's. What i do know
  is it works on Opticom Cocots.

  Once you pick the handset up simply dial '0' and wait

  Place your hand over the mic to fillter the sound out when the operator pick up just be quite.
  The Will be like Something About Opticom They Say Operator Number blah blah blah. Then they will
  sit there for a sec and then say 'Thank You for using Opticom' and it will be silent for about 
  10 seconds. Then out of no where you get another dial tone. Dial any local number you want and you
  call should go threw no problem. As far as long distance calls go I'm pretty sure you have to dial
  a long distace access code like 10-10-288. Then you should be able to place the call. If this don't
  work don't bitch at me cause it works fine here.


  Now you can showoff to your friends and be cool.


  Okay Now i will tell you this story about this crazy lady and a cocot.

 One Old Winter Night I was just about to walk into a local store near my house. Right before I walked
 into the store some drunk lady drove he car right into the cocot and backed up into the ameritech payfone.
 she almost hit some chick too. well to make this story kinda short i went in the store and got my beef jerky
 or whatever the hell i bought and checked out both fones. Both Fones where still lookin' brand new and i was pissed
 cause i thought i had myself a payfone. We then left and seen the drunk lady getting pulled over by the police did I
