Ok this I discovered while driving in my car one day and needed directions.
What you do is you dial 411 from your cellphone and say to the operator 
"Hello I was getting transfered to a listing when all of a sudden 
my phone died,I just got it on the charger can you connect me?"After doing 
saying that the OP will automaticly tell you to hold while they give you a credit.
Then they will say"what was the listing sir"then you tell them.Ive done it over 20 times 
now in the same month and no problems.This was done with T-mobile 411 OPs if you have info
