Buffer Overrun In RPCSS Service Could Allow Code Execution (824146)

Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 824146 gives you more information about this security problem.

Before you can use this plugin you must download software from the internet and copy it to the plugin directory.

When building from Windows XP/SP1 installation files:
Download the Security Update for Windows XP.
Please note that you select your correct language!
Extract the files from the hotfix to the plugin\patch_824146\files\xp directory by running:
WindowsXP-KB824146-x86-<lang>.exe /x:<pebuilder-path>plugin\patch_824146\files\xp.
Where <lang> reflects your language and <pebuilder-path> is your the location where PE Builder is installed.

When building from Server 2003 installation files:
Download the Security Update for Windows Server 2003.
Please note that you select your correct language!
Extract the files from the hotfix to the plugin\patch_824146\files\2003 directory by running:
WindowsServer2003-KB824146-x86-<lang>.exe /x:<pebuilder-path>plugin\patch_824146\files\2003.
Where <lang> reflects your language and <pebuilder-path> is your the location where PE Builder is installed.

If you switch alot between building from XP or 2003 you can extract both hotfixes. The plugin will install the correct files.
