The Palladium product line is the first PSAP platform to combine Enhanced 9-1-1, CAD, plus Police and Fire records management. This integration allows public safety teams an easy to use, high speed, crisis response system.

This system is based on client/server architecture accessed by a single desktop computer. One keystroke provides the telecommunicator with access to lifesaving information, hazardous materials, warrant advisories, graphical representation of incidents and much more.
