Toll and Assistance (T&A) has evolved from
the historical 1+/0+/0- (telephone number) calls to provide automated Alternate Billing
Services (ABS) such as calling card, collect, person-to-person and third party billing. T&A
also provides the capability for coin, hotel/motel, and "time & charge" services.

Listing Services
|
Listing Services enable operator service providers to offer telephone number and information
services to callers in an economical fashion. OSPS works with numerous, customer supplied
databases to provide the listing intercept message or information to the caller.

Combined Services
|
By combining Toll and Assistance with Listing Services, OSPS allows operator service
providers to provide these applications from the same OSPS and the same Operator Position.
This enables the provider to reduce costs and increase customer satifaction.
