Automated Directory Assistance System Automated Directory Assistance System (ADAS) automates Directory Assistance (DA) by prompting the caller for a locality name and applying speech recognition to that response in order to key it to the database. Then, the called request is recorded and forwarded to the operator to give the listing.

Record and Playback Record and Playback (RaP) employs prompting announcements, recording, and limited silence suppression to prompt for, record, and playback the corresponding responses.

AABS Automated Position The Automated Alternate Billing Services Automated Position (AABS-AP) feature provides increased utilization of resources by automating the handling of the majority of Toll and Assistance calls via speech recognition and/or call prompting.

Automated Position Update The Automated Position is now available in two service formats, the 1-stage protocol and the 2-stage protocol. It can be customized to the Operator Service Providers needs.
