In today's increasingly competitive marketplace, exemplary customer service is paramount. Software release 5E11 will enable service providers to enhance existing networks and ISDN capabilities to deliver even higher levels of service to customers.

New Service Enhancements

The Enhanced Virtual Key Services feature comes equipped with two clear revenue generators. Call Appearance Reservation enables subscribers to manage multiple incoming and outgoing calls, as well as reserve an outgoing call appearance for call transfers or call conferences. Priority Calling Incoming Only will have wide appeal as it enables ISDN Electronic Key Telephone System users to mark an incoming call from outside the terminal group as a priority call. When this is used with Distinctive Ringing Incoming Calls feature, customers can add Call Alerting to their system capabilities.

ISDN (Integrated Service Digital Network), BRI (Basic Rate Interface) and PRI (Primary Rate Interface) line have a host of ISDN feature offerings. They include Calling Name Identification, Hotel/Motel Selective Class of Call Screening and various features for Number Portability technology. These features will position service providers with today's fast paced ISDN users.
